## List plans

`GET https://whatsapp.paaltech.org/api/v1/plans`

PaalChat's plans - monthly price, limits (null = no limit) and features. `placeholder`
plans are examples until PaalTech publishes its prices. Meta's WhatsApp charges are never
part of a plan.

- **401** - unauthenticated - missing, invalid, revoked or expired token
